Program Description
The convention, meetings, and trade show industry is one of the most exciting and fastest growing segments of the hospitality industry in the world today.
This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today's convention business. In addition to learning the basics of convention sales and service, students will gain valuable insight into related areas - food and beverage operations, staff supervision, marketing, and facilities management.
Program Length
The program is organized into five three-week modules. Students receive an AH&LA certificate for each course they complete with a passing grade (69%), and a Greystone College diploma for successfully completing all five modules.
15 weeks (27 hours per week)
Class hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 3:30pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Fridays: 8:30am to 12noon.
