Discover Canada Tours (former West Trek Tours) has hosted a number of Greystone College students and can only praise their enthusiastic nature as well as their polite and professional attitude. Several students have really excelled in our office environment, two of which were subsequently hired as full-time team members upon completion of their courses of study and coop programs. Both further developed in their roles since joining our full-time team and have both advanced professionally and have also added great value to our operation.
Greystone students are driven and passionate individuals who work hard and strive to bring their best every day. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and willingness to help others drive them to achieving their goals. Past the years we’ve had Greystone students, each and every one of them have brought great skill sets towards the team and it’s been a pleasure to have them as a part of the FlyOver Canada crew. The student’s skill sets developed at Greystone College have been recognized by our team and it’s been a pleasure to be a part of their journey.
Greystone students are open, personable, driven and motivated to learn and grow professionally. They demonstrate their strong personality and enthusiasm. Students are eager to make an effort and develop communication skills. We believe that you can teach the skills, but you can’t teach passion. Four students were very successful and got promoted. We had a student from Greystone, who started as a Sales Associate, and she is now an Assistant Manager, and hopefully quite soon she will become a Store Manager on her own. We are very happy with the quality of candidates that we got.
